This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and values customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Apply applications according to company standards and state regulationsDiagnose turf issues such as disease, insect, and soil problemsOperate lawn care equipment including spreaders, sprayers, and small machineryProvide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clientsMaintain accurate service records and daily route logsPerform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of equipmentRequirements:Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work independently in a physically demanding outdoor environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsWillingness to obtain necessary pesticide applicator licenses (training provided)Previous lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience is a plusWe Offer:Paid training and licensing assistanceOpportunities for advancement and year-round employmentCompany vehicle during routesPositive and professional work environment
