Regulatory Attorney - CA, MD, DC, VA, GA, NV, HI

A company is looking for a Regulatory Counsel to join their legal team in a remote, part-time capacity. Key Responsibilities: Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and policies Conduct legal research and analyze complex regulatory issues Provide legal guidance on compliance matters affecting hospital operations Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school Active Bar license in California, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Georgia, Nevada, or Hawaii 3-5+ years of regulatory experience in healthcare settings Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid compliance Experience in hospital operations and clinical environments preferred
