Import Export Admin CoordinatorThe Import Export Admin Coordinator will support Import/Export Department to ensure timely movement of international and domestic shipments in compliance with company standards, customer standards and US Customs and Border Protection. Ideal candidate will have a strong Customer Service orientated approach as well as accuracy in this role to maintain service levels to internal customers while retaining customs and export compliance requirements.Compliance responsibilities:Track and monitor shipments.Enter and update import data to SAP.Processing shipments/preparing shipping documentsCoordinating freight paymentsRespond to inquiries from customs broker and forwarder.Assist to help the team meet its performance objectives.Maintaining organized records to support compliance efforts.Processing shipments/preparing shipping documentsCoordinating freight paymentsMonitor group mailbox and support as neededQualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation, LogisticsStrong written, verbal, and inter-personal skillsAdvanced technical/computer skills (Microsoft Office Products)Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitudeAbility/desire to work independently or in team environmentAn innovative, goal-oriented and results driven approachYour contact person(s) for this job posting is/are:Jacob Stupec-HernandezFlender is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
