You Try Cases.We're looking for an Employment Litigation Attorney who is ready to take on a full caseload and grow with us, all the way through trial if the case calls for it.You don't need an extensive trial record to apply. But we are looking for someone who wants to get there. If the courtroom is somewhere you've been working toward, this is a place where that can actually happen.This is a full-time, on-site position at our Canoga Park office.What Your Day-to-Day Looks LikeManage an active caseload of employment litigation matters from intake through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, and discovery with the support of AI-assisted legal toolsTake and defend depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, and third-party witnessesAttend court hearings and case management conferencesEngage in meet and confer processes, negotiations, and mediationsConduct honest, thoughtful case evaluation and risk assessmentPrepare cases for trial and try themMaintain clear, consistent communication with clients throughout their matterWhat You Bring to the TableActive California State Bar membership in good standing, license required2+ years of employment litigation or personal injury experience with proven, hands-on case ownership from start to finishStrong legal research, writing, and motion practice skillsExperience taking and defending depositionsFamiliarity with California Labor Code and FEHA claimsA genuine interest in trial work, courtroom experience is a plus but not requiredComfort in a tech-forward environment; we use AI tools regularly and value attorneys who embrace thatAbility to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative teamMust be available to work on-site full time at our Canoga Park officeCompensation$120,000 – $180,000 We're looking for someone who is ready to litigate with purpose, grow their trial experience, and be part of a firm that's thoughtful about the future of legal practice.
