Competitive salary, uncapped commission, and a clear path to an AE role for top performers.About the RoleWe’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build Coverflow's outbound motion and sales pipeline from the ground up. This is pure execution in a highly opportunistic space—you’ll identify insurance agencies drowning in manual work, discover what messaging resonates, and turn early wins into repeatable systems.If you’re excited to drive a critical function, embrace the grind of outbound, and build foundational GTM muscle at a company with massive momentum, this role is for you.What You’ll DoIdentify and prioritize high-potential accounts (insurance agencies drowning in manual work).Research stakeholders and craft thoughtful outreach to VP- and C-level executives and operations leaders.Run outbound across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn messages (and continuously figure out what messaging works).Book qualified meetings for our sales team to drive pipeline.Follow up persistently without being annoying, managing hundreds of leads efficiently.Track your outreach metrics to continuously improve performance and messaging strategy.Learn enough about the technical concepts of the insurance industry to have credible conversations.What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)You can clearly articulate Coverflow's value proposition and technical concepts to our target buying personas.You’re consistently generating qualified meetings and pipeline week-over-week.You’ve tested multiple outbound approaches across calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and can explain what messaging works.You operate with high rigor: highly organized tracking, strong and persistent follow-up, and thoughtful prioritization of hundreds of leads.You Might Be a Fit If YouHave 1–2 years of experience in Sales, BDR, or SDR roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.Possess unbelievable persistence—you handle rejection well and keep grinding.Write extremely well (your emails actually get responses).Are completely comfortable picking up the phone and talking to strangers.Are competitive, motivated by hitting numbers, and driven by uncapped commission.Are organized enough to manage hundreds of leads without letting anything slip through the cracks.Are a quick learner who can easily grasp technical concepts and engage with executive leadership.Bonus Points if YouHave experience selling into insurance, brokerages, or adjacent verticals.Have worked at an early-stage startup or helped build a new motion from scratch.What We OfferCompetitive salary ($85k-$130k)Uncapped commissionClear path to an Account Executive (AE) role for top performers.Full health, dental & vision.High-ownership, high-trust culture for fast learners.In-person collaboration in San Francisco, with team lunches, snacks, and a transportation stipend.Regular team off-sites and a supportive environment for builders.
