QC & Compliance Liaison
Job Summary:The QC & Compliance Liaison will report directly to the Supervisor of QC & Compliance. They will work alongside the attorneys, management, clients, and staff in a fast paced, collaborative environment. The right candidate will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or a minimum of 3 years experience in the legal/default servicing industry. Duties and Responsibilities:Assist management with monitoring Client System Workloads department wide, as well as pitch in to help various teams as neededMonitor and Ensuring MyWork and Client System Workloads are Completed Timely and AccuratelyMonitor, Digest, and Disseminate Incoming Client Directives and Survey RequestsLiaise with Management, Ops, and IT for Implementation of New DirectivesWork with Management to Create Comprehensive Training Materials for New Hires, Existing Client Requirements, and New DirectivesAssist management and attorneys with Remote Virtual Trainings for New Hires and Existing StaffMonitor Portfolios for compliance with Timelines, as well as Client and Investor Requirements (for example: FLAD, Scorecard Measured Metrics, etc.)Assist Management with Scorecard Rebuttals and Remediation Projects Timely handle and monitor client escalations to conclusionAssist various teams with work assignments and projects based on file influxes, as neededCreate reports for Management, Attorneys, and ClientsAssist with clearing Pre-Loss invoicing inquiriesAssist with Fee/Cost RequestsFinancial QC of Bids, Reinstatement Quotes, and Payoff QuotesRegularly interface with clients and promote positive client relationsProactively monitor portfolios and client systems to ensure all available holds are raised, as well as place historical holds as neededInterface with clients and co-workers virtually (and telephonically) on a regular basisLiaise between intradepartmental teams to promote cohesiveness, collaboration, and the MRLP corporate cultureCommunicate with others in a professional and personable manner Self starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment Create, review, and edit reports, correspondence, and other documentsCreate, review, and edit all documents related to the foreclosure and title clearance processWork effectively and congenially with co-workers and colleagues throughout the firm; promote inter/intra-departmental cooperationDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibilityWill perform other duties and responsibilities as neededEducation and Work Experience:Associate's degree from an accredited university; and/orMinimum of 3 years' experience in the legal/default servicing industryKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Ability to courteously and professionally communicate with clients, management, and team membersMust provide excellent customer service (internally and externally)Must be a self starter and possess good time-management abilitiesBalance team and individual responsibilities; Contribute to building a positive team spiritDemonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; Look for ways to improve and promote qualityMust demonstrate attention to detail and an ability to follow throughMust possess exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and be adaptable to changeHigh-level proficiency in MS Office suiteProficiency in Default Servicing Client Systems (ICE, Tempo, Vendorscape, etc.)Familiarity with firm's case and document management softwareAbility to delegate, follow-up, and monitor tasks to completionAbility to operate computer, fax machine, scanner, photocopier, typewriter, and telephoneStrong written and oral communication and interpersonal skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
