We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Full-Cycle Recruiter to help scale our medical device and healthcare divisions.Position OverviewThis is a "full-desk" role for a recruiter who thrives on autonomy but values a collaborative ecosystem. You will manage the entire lifecycle: from strategic business development to candidate closing. Unique to our firm, we provide opportunities to work on established house accounts for a percentage of the fee, as well as shared desk opportunities to maximize placements through internal collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify and secure new job orders while also servicing existing house accounts provided by the firm.Collaboration: Participate in shared desk arrangements, splits, and team-based recruiting to ensure client roles are filled with the best possible talent.Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the "360-degree" recruitment process, including sourcing, vetting, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized ATS tools, and your personal network to identify "passive" high-performers.Market Intelligence: Act as a consultant to clients, providing insights on market trends and compensation benchmarks.QualificationsExperience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within an agency environment.Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in Medical Device or Healthcare recruiting is highly preferred.The "Rolodex": A demonstrated ability to leverage an existing network of industry contacts (client or candidate side) is a significant advantage.Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to command the attention of executive-level stakeholders.Compensation & PerksTiered Earning Potential: * Full-Desk: Keep a premium percentage of the fee for accounts you bring in and fill.House Accounts: Earn a dedicated percentage of the fee for filling existing firm-owned roles.Shared Desk: Collaborative splits for candidates/clients shared within the team.Tailored Structures: We offer multiple compensation models (Commission-Only or Base + Commission) to align with your risk-reward preference.Uncapped Potential: No ceilings on your earnings and no restrictive geographic territories.True Autonomy: Work remotely with the freedom to manage your own schedule.Why Join Us?We offer the best of both worlds: the freedom to hunt your own business and the stability of established house accounts to keep your pipeline moving.
