Inside Sales Representative (Temp-to-Hire)

This role is responsible for guiding prospective customers through the sales process for Nidra Therapy, supporting individuals living with Restless Legs Syndrome.This position requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment, is comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, and is driven to deliver a positive and supportive customer experience.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PSTLocation: Open to remote candidates; preference for West Coast candidates or those able to consistently work PST hoursResponsibilities:Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and chats with prospective customersEducate customers on Nidra Therapy and how it compares to traditional treatment optionsGuide customers through the sales process with empathy, clarity, and professionalismHandle objections effectively and support customers in making informed decisionsAccurately document all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRMCollaborate with marketing, customer care, and patient access teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceProvide feedback on customer trends and opportunities to improve the sales and patient journeyRequirements:1+ years of experience in a sales or call center environment (healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or consumer products preferred)Strong phone presence and ability to manage high call volume efficientlyExcellent verbal and written communication skills; Spanish fluency is a plusProven ability to handle objections and close sales in a structured environmentExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferredHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentProficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeCompensation:$36.06 per hour (equivalent to ~$60,000 annually)No bonus or commission structure
