Also, food items for the cafeteria.Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all foods prepared and returned.Ensuring MD Dept of Health standards are followed, along with strict safety standards under Johns Hopkins expectationsExperience:HS diploma, or equivalent, requiredCulinary training (graduate of a culinary or technical school) preferred1 year related experience requiredExperience cooking in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly preferredOr, experience cooking in an institutional settingHours/Other Information:* Full-time, Rotating Shift (40 hrs per week)* Rotating weekend & holiday work requiredSalary Range: Minimum $21.36/hour - Maximum $24.69/hour.
