Depending on the job, you may operate a bobcat, skid loader, or forklift.Mowing Team Members: You'll mow with commercial mowers, walk-behinds, and zero-turn mowers (we will train you on how to use the equipment, so no experience is necessary!).What your day will look likeDuring the regular season, our hours are typically 7 am to 5 pmYou may be driving a company truck during work time, so you must have a valid driver's licenseYou will be working outside in varying weather conditionsYou will perform essential groundskeeping services, including planting, raking, mulching, and pruningYou will be operating power tools, such as trimmers, weed whips, edgers, and blowersYou'll fill out your time tracking accurately for each location you're workingEach morning, you'll load the equipment and materials that you'll need to complete your projects for the dayEach evening, you'll perform basic cleaning & maintenance on your tools and stock up on supplies for the following morning.When you see a customer onsite, you will check in with them to ensure they're satisfiedYou'll ensure customer satisfaction through professional workmanship & communicationIn the winter, you will shovel, plow, and remove snowExperienceWe're flexible on the number of years of experience for this role! We favor talent and interest.
