Senior Accountin Financial Analyst

We’re partnering with a publicly traded global semiconductor company to hire a Senior Accounting Financial Analyst—a high-impact, high-visibility role within a dynamic Finance & Accounting team.This position collaborates cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Operations, IT, and Sales, playing a key role in monthly close, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead month-end and quarter-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysisPrepare and deliver financial reporting and variance analysis for senior leadership, including CFO materialsManage intercompany accounting and consolidations (allocations, eliminations, settlements)Support SEC reporting and technical accounting research (memos, disclosures)Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX controlsPartner with auditors and support audit processesContribute to budgeting and forecasting activitiesMentor and support junior accounting staffQualificationsBachelor’s in Accounting or Finance8+ years in public accounting or related experienceStrong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reportingAdvanced Excel skillsCPA preferredExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
