Coverage Needed:Exact Dates:Aug 6-7Aug 9-11Aug 25Aug 28No needs after Aug 2824 hour call: 7:00 am - 7:00 amClinical Information:8-12 consults per day, 4-6 procedures per dayCall would cover ED & inpatient coverageFollow up on patients will go to other community providers or can be seen at the hospitalMake-up of support staff includes: 3 Nurses, 2 techs in GI Unit and 1 GI Nurse Practitioner for hospital inpatient supportDaily Patient Volume: 8433 Bed FacilityLevel 2 Trauma Center100k ED visits/ yearPractice EMR: MeditechRequired: Board certified Complex GI Provider preferred but will consider generalWill do Emergency privileges if licensed in Texas and clean fileDEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being activeCurrent Flu VaccineMust be fully vaccinated for Covid 19Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.Special Certification or Requirement: Ideally, ERCP and EUS (preferred, not required) trained
