It is currently projected a 12 month time span and they are looking to. They had a bunch of changes in alerts ecosystem and walmarts ecosystem, so updates need to be made. The team uses C++ exclusively for the production code, some of the code is written in python. C++ 17 standard is the one that they are using and do leverage those modern features
