Job Responsibilities Guide clients through the home buying and selling process from consultation to closing. Follow up with and convert company-provided leads into successful transactions. Use digital tools and CRM systems to manage your pipeline, stay organized, and close deals efficiently. Stay informed on local real estate market trends to provide valuable insights to clients. Qualifications Must be New York based Previous sales experience (preferred, but not required). Must be ready to start Real Estate School or already enrolled (we can guide you through the process). Must have your own reliable transportation. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and driven to succeed. Compensation Commission-based: $40,000 – $150,000+ (based on performance).
