Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty. Skills Assessment ACT skills assessment with 2.7+ score. References 2 references within the last 2 years. Additional Confirmations I am willing to be on call, work every other weekend, work holidays as needed. Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission. Additional Confirmations I am willing to work on a rotating shift/callback/charge/ float to different units as needed. Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: 2 years of recent experience in a Cardiac Operating Room. Ability to scrub and circulate.
