Pay Rate: THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS *** - *** AN HOUR - THERE IS NO FLEXIBILITY ON THIS RATE********When submitting candidates, you must submit under the listed rate range*** but this rate range does NOT reflect the offered pay rate********______________________________________Qualifications:- 3-5+ years of experience in apparel and accessories production or product development- Diverse market experience across various apparel segments including men's, juniors, and children's wear- Strong skills in cost negotiation with vendors and product engineering- Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Textile Science, Fashion Design, or a related field (Preferred)- Music merchandise production experience is a plus.Responsibilities:- Assist in executing merchandise needs for artist-specific e-commerce and touring campaigns- Manage timelines and schedules across cross-functional teams- Negotiate and cost-engineer products to meet retail targets and margins- Assist in overseeing pre-production timelines and compliance with product specifications- Assist with managing supplier relationships and product integrity throughout the development process.
