Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Surgical Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Local & Travel Rates Available Location: Falmouth, MA Travel Pay Package: $2,500/week Housing Allowance: $917/week ️ Meals & Incidentals: $644/week Local Rate: $50/hr Schedule & Contract Details Days • 7:15 AM – 3:45 PM or • 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Rotating weekends, weekday & holiday call required ️ 13‐week contract Start Date: June 8, 2026 ️ Charting System: EPIC Position Overview The Surgical Technologist is responsible for supporting surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the sterile field, ensuring surgical equipment is properly sterilized, arranged, and functioning correctly, and assisting the surgical team throughout procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of surgical workflows, sterile technique, and the ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons and the operating room team.
