Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, based in Greater Indianapolis. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, managing budgets and inventory, as well as developing strategies to grow business and customer satisfaction. Collaborating with employees and maintaining efficient workflows for refinishing services is central to this role. The position also requires fostering relationships with clients and maintaining a strong reputation in the local community. Qualifications Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to supervise, mentor, and inspire a team.Operational Management and Budgeting expertise to oversee business activities and financial performance.Customer Relationship Management and Commitment to Excellent Service to ensure a positive client experience.Organizational and Problem-Solving skills to maintain workflows and address operational challenges effectively.Experience in Home Renovation, Door Refinishing, or a related field is a plus, but not required.Strong Communication skills and the ability to represent the business professionally in the local community.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
