Client Services Associate (Boca Raton)

Seeking a Client Services Associate to join a growing team in South Florida. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client service activities, assisting with account administration, preparing financial documentation, and helping ensure a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where relationship management and accuracy are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for client service requests and account inquiriesSupport Financial Advisors with onboarding new clients and maintaining existing relationshipsPrepare and process account paperwork including account openings, transfers, money movements, and maintenance requestsCoordinate client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and follow up on action itemsMaintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm and regulatory requirementsAssist with portfolio reporting, performance reviews, and client communicationsWork closely with custodians, operations teams, and internal departments to resolve client issues efficientlyMonitor workflows and ensure timely completion of operational and administrative tasksQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred2+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, financial services, or a related client service roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/wealth management platformsExperience with custodial platforms such as Fidelity, Schwab, Pershing, or LPL is a plusFINRA licenses (Series 7) is preferredAscendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
