Marketing Content Operations Director, a full-time position responsible for managing the governance, lifecycle, and operational use of marketing content and digital assets across enterprise content management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee content operations, including modular content practices and content governance strategy
Define processes for cross-team and cross-channel content distribution through management platforms
Drive modular content practices and manage multi-channel content orchestration for delivery to clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree at a minimum
10+ years of relevant experience in content distribution strategy and digital asset management
Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale CMS and/or DAM platforms
Expertise in metadata strategy and improving content findability
Experience in program and project management, including prioritization and change management
