Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a LPN / LVN Correctional for a travel job in Allouez, Wisconsin.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: CorrectionalDiscipline: LPN / LVNStart Date: 06/08/2026Duration: 25 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: TravelEstimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1440$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUSOpportunity:LPN - CorrectionsJob Details:• Work 26-week assignment with either AM shift (5:30 AM - 2:00 PM) or PM shift (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM) based on operational needs• Rotating weekends and holidays required• Complete an average of 40-50 medication refills daily• Perform daily refill audits and cart audits on approximately 15 medication carts• Process property bags and deliver medication refills• Pack up transfer medications and chart OOF (Out of Facility) medications• Process approximately 25-30 new medication orders daily after delivery receipt• Handle all pack up and court return medications• Assist with intake medication documentation when no changes are needed to current orders• Check all overdue medication tasks throughout the institution for four medication passes• Maintain and manage emergency carts, sharps/needle count, and supply inventory• Administer nurse-controlled medications four times daily• Handle medication rectification during housing unit transfers, including physical movement of medicationsFacility:This correctional healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical services within a secure institutional environment.
