Loan Processing Manager
Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a mortgage originator for single family real estate. DFS originates two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $70MM per month. DFS is looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processing Manager to join our growing team.As the Loan Processing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in making sure your team of Loan Processors runs efficiently. This position will be reporting to the Director of Settlement Operations.Our Company's Core ValuesIntegrityAccountable & DependableTeam CentricSystem & Process OrientedService EthicOrganized Efficiency - Risk Management & ComplianceIn This Role You WillEnsure complete, and accurate loans are producedManage a team of up to 8 Loan ProcessorsVerify that loan document integrity is maintained throughout the entire loan processing operationEnsure all loan files are in compliance with Dominion Financial Services LLC’s standardsManage and resolve any escalated issues that arise within your teamEnsure your team remains informed on any changes in guidelines or proceduresDevelop an understanding of all procedures and work as a “hands on” manager within your teamDrive and ensure staff performance goals are metSupport senior management in developing, and executing strategic plansAssist with directing loan processing to ensure targets, and objectives are metManage daily production reports and staff work volume; adjust assignments to meet fluctuating workloadsAssist with the training and development of your teamRequirements7+ years of Loan Processing experience 5+ years of management experience Prior experience processing DSCR LoansAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office.Prior Salesforce experience is a plus.
