Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national board associations. Active state license. Must possess a current certification from NBCOT if required by state – OT/COTAs only. Must possess a current certification from ASHA (CCC) Certification – SLPs only. Clinical ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of clinical experience. Must have multi-site management experience (1-3yrs)
