They provide capital solutions including bridge financing, fix-and-flip loans, and ground-up construction financing.With billions funded since inception and continued year-over-year growth, the firm is scaling quickly and investing heavily in technology, process efficiency, and talent to accelerate loan originations and client experience.This is a high-visibility role supporting one of the firm's top producing origination leaders and helping manage a large, active book of investor relationships.The RoleThe Relationship Manager will serve as a key partner to senior loan originators, helping manage borrower relationships, structure deals, and guide transactions from initial inquiry through closing and servicing.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, relationship-driven environment and wants to build a long-term career in real estate private credit or lending.ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary point of contact for borrowers, brokers, and referral partners throughout the loan lifecycleHelp structure loan terms, pricing, and deal packages in collaboration with credit and underwriting teamsCoordinate internally across credit, underwriting, operations, construction, and servicing to ensure loans close on scheduleTrack deal progress and proactively communicate timelines, requirements, and updates to all stakeholdersMaintain regular contact with borrowers to strengthen relationships and identify additional opportunitiesSupport servicing follow-ups including payment tracking, reserve monitoring, and client check-insParticipate in industry networking events, conferences, and relationship-building activitiesWhat We're Looking ForOutgoing and relationship-oriented — someone who naturally builds trust and rapportStrong communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders and moving parts at onceCurious, commercially minded, and eager to learn the business deeplyMotivated to grow long-term within a high-performing lending platformAble to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentQualificationsBachelor's degree required5+ years of experience in bridge lending, construction lending, real estate private credit, or similar commercial lending environmentStrong understanding of loan structuring, deal workflow, and borrower managementAbility to work onsite full-time in the Bay Area
