Job Title: Sr. Electrical / Plant EngineerLocation: Rincon, GADuration: 12+ monthsSummaryPlant Engineer responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, and performance improvement of power generation equipment. Manages capital and O&M projects, budgets, and long-term maintenance strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage outage/project execution, schedules, and budgetsDevelop 5–10 year capital plans and justify projectsProvide budget tracking, accrals, and variance explanationsTroubleshoot equipment failures; lead root cause analysisSupport electrical & mechanical systems performance improvementsCoordinate with OEMs, corporate teams, and other plantsCreate work orders, track materials, and monitor equipmentRequired Qualifications Education: B.S. in Engineering (ABET accredited)Experience:Power plant or industrial facility experienceHands-on with equipment such as:Motors, pumps, valves, fans, turbines, boilers, HRSGPLCs, DCS, switchgear, transformers, breakersStrong project management experienceSkillsStrong troubleshooting & analytical skillsBudgeting and project management expertiseProficient with computer/business toolsGood communication & vendor coordinationSelf-driven, adaptable, team-orientedAdditionalOn-call availability; nights/weekends/holidays as neededUp to 15% travel
