This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and hospitality industry knowledge in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair * Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards * Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Toast * Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience * Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service * Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during busy hours or special events such as banquets or nightclubs * Uphold all food handling and safety protocols while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests *Qualifications* * Proven experience in bartending or food service within fine dining or full service * Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and beverage recipe development * Familiarity with POS systems * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours without compromising quality * Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment * Previous experience in bar management or supervising bar staff is a plus * Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices * Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and bill splitting * Experience working in catering or banquet settings is advantageous Embark on an exciting journey where your bartending talents can truly shine!
