Our AI agents make decisions, test strategies, generate content, and learn from results, all in production, with real clients and real outcomes. We’re a small, focused team based in Santa Clara. We move fast, work closely together, and ship new features weekly.The RoleWe’re looking for a full stack engineer to help build the core infrastructure behind Leo’s AI marketing platform. You’ll work across backend services, serverless functions, and front end UIs and have your hands on features that power live campaigns.This is a fast-paced, hands-on role. You’ll collaborate with engineers, AI teams, and product to ship secure, scalable features that our clients use daily. If you like variety in your day, building things end-to-end, and seeing your work go live fast, this is the spot.You WillBuild responsive front end components and dashboards using ReactOwn backend services, APIs, and data integrations — especially using AWS Lambda and Step FunctionsImplement infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and loggingDeliver secure, scalable features that make life easier for real usersYou Bring5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer in production environmentsExpert-level knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, plus a backend language like PythonHands-on experience with serverless platforms, containers, and orchestration tools like Docker or KubernetesProven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as codeFamiliarity with AI agent patterns or curiosity to learn how AI-driven systems workWhy JoinThis isn’t a role where you’re building a tiny piece of something big.
