Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Sales Operations Support Representative II will manage inquiries, process insurance invoices, and resolve agency issues while collaborating with various departments. Key responsibilities Answer phones, chats, and emails to address agency issues and concerns Create new and renewal insurance invoices and organize required documentation Resolve discrepancies and processing errors while ensuring compliance with regulations Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to learn multiple computer systems and work independently or in a team General Lines Agent License preferred 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
