Experience: 3 years required; minimum 1 year required for submission; screen for less 2. Cases: Stroke certified center, ortho heavy caseload, no wound care required; daily caseload about 10 patients 3. Certifications: BLS and state license required 4. License: CA license must be in hand; no open license hits approved 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 10-hour days; minimum 2 weekends per month; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; 7 days for both Aya and client offers; scheduling requests due to outside employment not considered 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility work history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11.
