Custom Material Certification Program Manager

About the Role: Wavecrest is seeking a Custom Material Certification Program Manager to support and improve our custom certification program for customers with unique quality, regulatory, and documentation requirements. This role coordinates cross-functional projects, maintains compliance with customer requirements, and drives practical process improvements aligned with business growth and ERP capabilities. Manage and track custom certification projects, balancing customer needs, compliance, risk, cost, and business priorities. Collaborate with Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, IT, and Customer Service teams to implement certification requirements. Coordinate certificate customization, customer-specific part number documentation, and change notification program enrollment. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers. Identify process improvements, support ERP-related enhancements, and help standardize program procedures. Monitor program performance, address risks, and recommend solutions to leadership.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.3+ years of experience in Quality and/or Regulatory Affairs.1+ year of customer-facing experience. Project management experience, preferably in Quality or Regulatory environments. Working knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and process improvement. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills. PMP certification preferred. Work Environment & TravelThis is primarily an on-site role in a manufacturing environment, with approximately 35% domestic travel.
