Seize this chance to be part of an exceptional team.What you will Do:Diagnose and Troubleshoot Residential HVAC Systems, Providing Expert Guidance for Confident Customer Purchase DecisionsIdentify & communicate HVAC issue(s) with customersEducate customers on their HVAC systems, functions and needs.Maintain a fully stock inventory for each job.Document work performed by following company procedure.Maintain professional standards and conduct in all working environments, respecting diverse personal and cultural expressionsSet up HVAC service or installation calls when neededWhat you Need:At least 2 years of experience in residential HVAC services.Knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety proceduresExperience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventoryProven Sales and Customer Service Experience in HVAC or Related Technical Service IndustriesMust pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screenExceptional customer service skills, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and professional commitmentPhysical dexterity.
