(Our on-site lab gets testosterone levels back in 15 minutes!)Gameday is excited to welcome a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to our growing team.Duties:Evaluating patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels.Evaluating patients for erectile dysfunction and recommending treatment plans like Gainswave and P-Shot, or prescribing medications like Trimix, Tadalafil, and SildenafilConducting consultations for new patients and interpreting lab resultsProvide patient educationAdministering PRP injections and testosterone pelletsWorking together with a Medical Assistant(s) and an Administrative AssistantMaintaining clinic census goalsComplying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirementsProviding continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.Qualifications:Two years of NP or PA experience is preferred.Experience in a related field, such as urology, endocrinology, or general practice is preferred.No current or pending malpractice lawsuits, active state license in good standing, active DEA Certificate, active Controlled Substance Registration.Gameday is a company focused on nurturing the growth of personal, professional and financial goals of our team.Hour Base Salary (negotiable/commensurate with experience) plus Commissions/Bonuses.All training, DEA registration, State license, and medical malpractice insurance paid 100% by company.Join our team and truly make a difference in men's lives!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: Up to $85.00 per hourExpected hours: 24 ? 30 per weekBenefits:Employee discountPaid time offWork Location: In person
