No C2C, CTH, or third‑party vendorsAbout the JobWe are seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and support scalable data platforms and applications that power business decision-making and operational excellence. In this role, you will work across the modern data stack to develop cloud-native data pipelines, data models, and full-stack data solutions. You will partner with engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver reliable, high-quality data products using technologies including Snowflake, Python, SQL, and Azure.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines and data workflows.Build and optimize data models, warehouse architectures, and data storage solutions.Develop full-stack data applications, APIs, and backend services to support business processes.Implement cloud-based data solutions using Snowflake and Azure technologies.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python and SQL.Create automated testing frameworks to ensure data quality, reliability, and performance.Develop reusable data engineering frameworks and shared components to accelerate delivery.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using GitHub and DevOps best practices.Deliver reporting, analytics, and visualization solutions using tools such as Power BI.Monitor data platforms and production environments, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable data products.Contribute to architectural decisions, technology evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.3+ years of experience developing and supporting Snowflake-based data platforms.7+ years of experience programming in Python.7+ years of experience developing complex SQL solutions.Experience designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines and data warehouse solutions.Experience with software engineering best practices, including testing, version control, and code reviews.Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows.Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.Experience developing scalable backend services and data-driven applications.Preferred QualificationsExperience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Dagster.Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling.Experience with Gurobi optimization tools.Experience implementing data quality and validation frameworks, including Elementary.Experience building applications with Retool.Experience with managed file transfer solutions such as GoAnywhere MFT.Experience developing Power BI dashboards and DAX calculations.Experience with Azure services, including Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Key Vault.Experience with Snowflake AI/ML capabilities, R, or advanced analytics solutions.Experience with SQL Server technologies, including SSIS and SSRS.Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.Experience working within Agile development environments.Preferred Skills and AttributesDemonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects from concept to completion.Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaborative team environments.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize competing demands and thrive in fast-changing environments.Passion for continuous learning and adopting new technologies.
