You’re a critical point of contact for our sales department guests and a key player in creating a super purchasing experience. You will build an experience for our guests by offering tailored and genuine service to any customer who inquires online or in store.We’re looking for a great listener with an outgoing, guest-service approach to daily responsibilities; someone who exhibits empathy and also enjoys competition. We encourage all candidates with previous dealership Sales success to take advantage of our free, industry leading sales training program.What You’ll DoActively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potentialCommunicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)Proactively learn about all dealership products and services availableAssist guests in selecting a new/used vehicleUnderstand and accommodate the needs of each guests to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transactionDrive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every dayWhat You’ll NeedFull-time availability.
