This role focuses on designing immersive marketing content, environments, event experiences, exhibits, and branded spaces that visually bring ideas to life with thoughtful attention to the user experience. This is a hands-on designer role focused on delivering successful projects. The ideal candidate is experiential-focused, possesses strong time-management skills to navigate fast-paced agency timelines, knows how to leverage AI collaboratively for improved outcomes, can translate a brief into compelling visual experiences, and consistently pushes ideas beyond the expected deliverables. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-Think beyond the ask by bringing original ideas, creative vision, and innovative execution strategies to each project.-Stay true to the brief. Translate project briefs into compelling visual solutions by mapping desired outcomes. -Continually adapt to evolving AI technologies to enable quality and efficiency, such as rapid ideation and mood boarding.-Create immersive attendee and participant experiences with a strong understanding of:Events & Exhibits: user flow and experience, spatial interaction/flow, environmental brand storytelling, attendee experience behaviorContent: translating campaign or event narratives into visual experiences, designing within an integrated marketing ecosystem, designing with downstream content usage in mind, creating environments optimized for content generation, distribution, and reuse -Develop high-quality 2D & 3D visuals for a wide range of applications including:Environments, exhibits, events, keynote stagesCampaign, event, or exhibit features (activations, interactives, installations) Signage and other event support assetsMarketing assetsPrepare presentation-ready renderings and visual assets for client review and execution-Collaborate with internal teams to bring concepts from ideation through productionQUALIFICATIONSMust Haves-Proven experience in 2D and 3D design for live events, experiential marketing, exhibits, or branded environments:Live events and keynote stagingExperiential marketingEnvironmental graphic designSpatial storytelling and attendee journey mapping-Proven experience in 2D and 3D design for content:Digital and social campaign advertisingMarketing assets including one-sheets, eBooks, microsites, and presentation decks-Strong portfolio demonstrating environmental design, rendering, and experiential thinking-Proficiency in industry-standard design and rendering software, including but not limited to:SketchUpCinema 4D (C4D)Adobe Creative Suite-Strong understanding of spatial design, branding, and attendee experience-Experience collaborating with production or build teams-Ability to manage multiple projects in collaboration with diverse teams and thrive in a fast-paced environmentNice to HaveV-Ray, Rhino or other modeling/rendering software for experience designAutoCAD/AutoCAD LT experience for engineering design capabilitiesTechnical drafting or fabrication knowledgeWho You AreFlexible and adaptable to evolving priorities and creative directionA proactive problem-solver who can navigate shifting client timelines with a solution-oriented and continuous improvement mindsetResilient when navigating processes, systems, timelines, and project challengesCollaborative within and across disciplinesConfident but humble - able to keep ego in check and focus on the success of the work and the teamPositive, proactive, and dependable under pressure.Submit your resume (PDF) and a link to example work.
