Senior Financial Systems Analyst - Aderant Expert

Job Description:The position will be the principal owner for the design, development, and implementation of Aderent Expert customization of Classic and Framework forms, inquiries, rules, and workflowsUtilize the DocuDraft toolkit to develop and modify DocuDraft documentsDesign and implement scalable data warehouse solutions for finance applications, including optimized data models and ETL pipelines to ensure efficient data processing, storage, and reportingDevelop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data endpoints to enhance financial data processing, business intelligence, and integration with web applications and financial applicationsParticipate in the selection, planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of financial systems, including integration of third-party applications and interfacesProvide second-tier level analysis and support of financial applications, resolving issues through ticket close out and ensuring user satisfactionCollaborate with business partners to translate business needs into functional and system requirements to support business processes, origination, system, and technology changesCollaborate with business partners and technology teams to define, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Deliver and maintain tasks related to the implementation and support of financial systems, including business requirements, level of effort estimates, system specifications, data mapping documents, support, and troubleshooting documentationMentor junior developers and analysts regarding the firm's financial systems.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Finance & Accounting, or equivalent requiredExperience in a law firm is preferred5+ years of experience with Aderant Expert5+ years of experience with development toolsExtensive knowledge of the Aderant Expert Classic and Framework platform, including customization, database structure, and design studioProficient in development tools such as Visual Studio with SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and PowerShellAdditionally experienced with Office 365 products like MS Access, Power Apps, and BI toolsExperience with Iron Python and the API-Rest FrameworkExperience with other financial systems: Expert Image, EIS, Intapp Time, Chrome River, and financial systems warehouseUnderstanding of law firm financial database structuresStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational, interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to collaborate with all levels of personnel within the firmCapable of communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insuranceRetirement & Savings PlanEmergency back-up child and adult carePaid vacation, sick time off, and holidaysProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesEmployee recognition and reward programsEmployee wellness and assistance programsEmployee discounts and perks
