Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager leads all quality and food safety programs to ensure products meet regulatory standards and company requirements. This role partners cross-functionally to maintain compliance, drive continuous improvement, and foster a strong culture of quality across production operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead QA and food safety programs across dietary supplement manufacturing operationsEnsure compliance with FDA, HACCP, GMP (Part 111) , and other regulatory standardsOversee quality control processes (raw materials, in-process, finished goods)Manage internal, customer, and regulatory audits and inspectionsInvestigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Maintain SOPs, specifications, and quality documentationPartner with Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D to ensure product consistency and process optimizationTrack and analyze quality metrics; drive continuous improvement initiativesLead food safety and quality training programs for employeesManage supplier quality and third-party testing relationshipsQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field4+ years of QA experience in Dietary Supplement or food/beverage manufacturingStrong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and HACCP, regulationsExperience with audits, inspections, and quality systemsProven leadership and problem-solving skillsPreferred:SQF, BRC, or other GFSI experienceExperience with cGMP 21 CFR Part 111HACCP or PCQI certificationLean Six Sigma or continuous improvement backgroundCompensation: $100,000 - $120,000 plus benefitsIf this sounds like the position you have been waiting for, please apply using the online application or the link below - all inquiries are strictly confidential.
