Experience Preferred:
1+ year of restaurant experience (preferred but not required)

Strong desire to work as a team player and grow as a leader
Ability to work 35–45 hours per week
At least 18 years of age
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to coach, train, and manage team members
Positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to stand for long hours and work in a hands-on environment
Key Responsibilities of a Jersey Mike’s Manager:
Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks with positivity and accuracy
Operate the POS system, handle cash//credit payments, and calculate change correctly
Lead the team in preparing subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards
Oversee restaurant cleanliness—dining area, kitchen, utensils, and restrooms
Train, schedule, and mentor new team members to build a strong crew
Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational policies
Manage store operations including:
Staffing & scheduling
Food safety and quality
Inventory and stock ordering
Cash handling and financial tracking
Equipment maintenance
Loyalty rewards engagement and growth
