Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, scheduling, cost control, and team leadership will drive project success while maintaining compliance with all construction regulations. Duties Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other construction management software Coordinate construction schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects Manage project teams by assigning tasks, overseeing subcontractors, and fostering effective communication among stakeholders Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance Oversee cost management activities including estimating, budgeting, and financial reporting using Construction estimating software Ensure adherence to safety standards and construction regulations across all project sites Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and progress updates Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes in accordance with project requirements Facilitate project meetings to review milestones, address issues, and update stakeholders on progress Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities including schedules, reports, and regulatory compliance records Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil or heavy civil work Strong proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling, cost management, and regulatory compliance standards Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans accurately Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and managing budgets using HeavyBid or similar programs Hands-on experience with construction site operations and safety protocols Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Strong communication skills for coordinating between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams Knowledge of construction regulations applicable to infrastructure projects including permits and environmental standards Join us as a Project Manager where your leadership will shape vital infrastructure projects that make a lasting impact.
