Position Overview Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 and will be commensurate with experience. Full-Time. Level of Clearance Required: Secret Eligible. Amount of Travel: Minimal. Responsibilities Support the tailored UMCS R&M process direct to the AIRWorks UMCS Project Lead and Lead engineer Develop and evaluate Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) Program Plans and requirements for aircraft/ground control stations Perform R&M analyses, predictions, allocations, and calculate R&M metrics Perform R&M criticality and risk assessments, FMEA/FMECA, and Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs) Attend and support Reliability Control Board (RCB) and Failure Review Board (FRB) meetings Review Engineering Change Proposals for R&M considerations; determine key R&M metrics, identify problem areas, and assist in developing design modifications and Engineering Change Proposals Support reliability development growth testing (reliability qualification tests) Collect R&M data from and populate FRACAS databases Generate various reports outlining findings and recommendations Position Requirements A Bachelor’s degree is desired with five plus years experience in a DoD analyst support role. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
