As part of the BSN SPORTS team, your work will impact individuals ranging from youth leagues and schools to corporate offices by increasing pride and community spirit.What You Will DoLead Club Direct Readiness & Certification ProgramsExecute a core curriculum focused on Club Direct readiness, ensuring Field Sales Pros (FSPs) can confidently and effectively deliver the Club pitch and meet performance standards.Program Coordinator for Club Direct Advisory Council (CDAC)Coordinate logistics, distribute pre-reads, track action items, and support execution of ongoing sales cadence meetings. Ensure consistent follow-up, accountability, and engagement.Develop & Deliver Manager Enablement ResourcesCreate and maintain high-impact resources including coaching guides, huddle content, battle cards, and tailored recommendations to support frontline sales leaders.Drive Performance Through Data & Coaching InsightsLeverage performance analytics to identify skill gaps and struggling reps early. Partner with Sales Leadership to implement targeted coaching plans and track improvement.Facilitate Monthly Office Hours & Best Practice SharingHost recurring sessions for sales leaders to share insights, challenges, and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.Implement Sales Simulations & Skill ReinforcementDeliver AI-driven selling simulations to sharpen sales skills and improve real-world execution.Partner Cross-Functionally for Enablement ExcellenceCollaborate with Sales, Innovation, Marketing, and Product teams to align on messaging, tools, and training priorities. Support successful rollout and adoption of new initiatives.QualificationsKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Strong understanding of sales enablement frameworks, including certification programs, coaching models, and performance-based learningAbility to translate business strategy into actionable training programsProficiency in analyzing performance data to identify trends, gaps, and coaching opportunitiesExcellent program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines simultaneouslyStrong facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtualExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organizationExperience building sales content and enablement assets (playbooks, battle cards, simulations, etc.)Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional designWorking knowledge of internal systems (QOE, VOE, TAL, MTS, Engage, SAP) preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with LMS or enablement platforms is a plusAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownershipEducation/ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)4–7 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or related fieldExperience supporting field sales teams in a multi-region environment preferredDemonstrated success in building and executing scalable training programsExperience with sales performance metrics, coaching frameworks, and enablement toolsBackground in sports, apparel, or team sales industry is a plusPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands that are described as required are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
