St. Peter s Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time, experienced Family Medicine Physician to join Stillwater Family Health Center in Stillwater, NY offering strong practice support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for teaching and hybrid roles.Job Description:Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages (pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics)Manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care casesPerform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counselingCollaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)Participate in a light call rotation with RN triageBe supported by hospital-affiliated systems and physician-led governanceOptionally participate in teaching first-year medical students and precepting NP/PA studentsOpportunity for involvement in hospital medicine and leadership/administrative rolesFlexible schedule options are available; preference for candidates open to a full-time, outpatient setting with shared call rotation.Preference for candidates interested in long-term commitment to the practice.Availability to start upon credentialing.Candidates must be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified.Candidates with lapsed Board Certification will not be accepted.
