Production Control Representative

Job Description
We are seeking a Production Control Representative to support our aerospace manufacturing operations by planning, coordinating, and expediting materials and work orders to meet customer delivery commitments. This role is critical to ensuring production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time performance within a regulated aerospace environment.What You’ll DoReview and distribute production schedules, work orders, and shipment prioritiesMonitor work-in-process (WIP), material availability, and production progressCoordinate cross-functionally with production, engineering, purchasing, quality, sales, and shippingAdjust schedules based on engineering changes, shortages, and shifting customer prioritiesExpedite materials with vendors and internal teams to protect on-time deliveryMaintain inventory accuracy and initiate material requisitionsAnalyze production data and prepare performance reportsEnsure compliance with company standards and aerospace regulatory requirements (ITAR)Support cost awareness initiatives and operational efficiency improvementsWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel)Experience working with MRP systems; Visual Manufacturing experience preferredDemonstrated strengths in planning and organizing, analytical thinking, and problem-solvingStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departmentsProven dependability, attention to detail, and ability to make timely, well-reasoned decisions in a fast-paced environmentWhy Work Here:Full-time position in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentOpportunity to impact delivery performance and operational efficiencyCollaborative cross-functional teamGrowth potential within supply chain and operationsComprehensive medical coverage, vision, dentalAir-conditioned workspacesPaid sick leave and paid vacationCostco membershipApply now and become a vital part of our production team!Company DescriptionTube Specialties, Inc. in Tempe, Arizona is a small business that specializes in precision tube fabrication for the Aircraft/Aerospace and Defense industries.
