Its CEO members are focused on bringing their organizations’ resources and expertise together to tackle some of the region’s most pressing challenges such as housing and transportation.About The RoleChallenge Seattle is seeking a highly skilled and trusted Executive Assistant to support the CEO and contribute to the effective operations of a five-person team.This role is central to enabling the CEO to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. The ideal candidate brings a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. The Executive Assistant will manage complex scheduling, coordinate high-level meetings and engagements, and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders and elected officials.In addition to executive support, this role contributes to organizational operations, including event coordination, communications support, and office management. This position plays an important role in ensuring the organization operates efficiently and maintains strong relationships across its network. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting senior executives, strong project management skills, and sound judgment in managing competing priorities.Work Environment We embrace a hybrid work model that values collaboration and autonomy. This position requires consistent in-person presence, 3 days per week in our downtown Seattle office, as well as on-site or in-field work for events and meetings. 2 days per week may be remote for Washington State residents. The anticipated hiring range for this position is $106,949 - $139,034 annually, based on experience.
