We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Duties And ResponsibilitiesSource and engage qualified candidates for a variety of roles to include administrative, engineering and highly technical roles using multiple sourcing techniques within and outside the data center industry to attract passive talent.Own and prioritize multiple searches and projects across Aligned departments to include, but not limited to: IT/Network, Design and Construction, Engineering and Customer SuccessAssist in the creation of programs to drive successful outreach and in reach with open positionsPartner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies driving efficiency in the recruiting process with a deep understanding of market movement, competitiveness and identification of diverse channels to target/attract talentCommunicate sourcing strategies to HR verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables and timelines of assigned rolesDrive best in class recruiting and onboarding experience working closely with HR in developing and nurturing a formal onboarding programAssist in the development and implementation of new recruiting processes and fine tune existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, while maintaining candidate experience as the top priority.Develop and execute plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the team to deliver to hiring goals without having to scale deployed resources at a rate faster than the business is growing.Experience RequiredMinimum of 3 year sourcing and recruiting across multiple disciplinesExperience utilizing various recruitment tools and systems to identify passive talent in the marketplaceAbility to network and establish effective working relationships, continually seeking new sourcing options within and outside the data center industryExceptional communication, interpersonal and organization skillsFlexibility to work evenings as needed in conducting interviews or responding to feedback from key stakeholdersSelf-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment.
