Before becoming an agent, I worked in the banking world as a personal banker and in the back office at Wells Fargo, which gave me a strong foundation in customer service and financial services. I'm a proud graduate of Florida A&M University (HBCU) and a passionate traveler who has visited over 70 countries. I'm also a big fan of the Eagles and all things Philly sports. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS:Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
