This role ensures smooth coordination of deliveries, installation readiness, and quality execution across multiple job sites.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for builders, site managers, and installation partnersCoordinate delivery schedules, site readiness, and installation timelinesCommunicate field requirements to internal supply chain and logistics teamsMonitor product flow, resolve delivery issues, and prevent delaysConduct site visits, readiness assessments, and installation quality checksIdentify inefficiencies in last-mile logistics and recommend improvementsProvide on-site support and training for installation and handling standardsInvestigate and resolve field issues related to delivery, damage, or installationQualifications5 years in construction operations, field services, logistics, or installation coordinationStrong communication skills with ability to work across field and corporate teamsExperience with site operations, delivery coordination, or installation workflowsProblem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple prioritiesWillingness to travel frequently to job sites
