Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities The Essential Roles And Responsibilities Are Outlined BelowWork as a team to fulfill customers needsPerform preventative maintenance at Commercial/Industrial sitesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipmentInstall new HVAC equipment a PLUS!Log HVAC equipment such as refrigerant circuit, electrical circuit, condition of equipment, etc.Ability to braze, perform leak searches, and evacuation process.Understands the commercial DX equipment up to/over 25 tons, exhaust systems, heat pumps, water source heat pumps, mini-splits, electric motor controls, etc (Chiller, Boiler, and process related experience is a PLUS!)Complete log sheets for customers as neededBe responsive to supervisors and dispatching.Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.Qualifications And Requirements3 years minimum experienceHigh School GEDAbility to lift and carry 50 poundsAbility to work flexible hours and be on call as neededUniversal EPA CertificationAbility to understand equipment specifications.Demonstrated experience in understanding basic refrigerant cycle, various heating component, and air distribution systems.Ability to communicate effectively with customersAlways represent the company well.Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving recordMust successfully pass a background checkBenefitsSIGNING BONUS!
