Our restaurants stand out from the crowd by emphasizing consistently high quality food and drinks while delivering a warm, welcoming environment to each and every guest. We are searching for an expo! Our expos can handle the fast paced demands of a busy restaurant. Responsibilities: Ensure the restaurant follows health and safety regulations. Communicating with FOH and BOH staff to ensure the correct food goes to the correct table in a timely manner. Assist in shortening ticket times by calling out necessary food to the lead line cook. Prepping and restocking stations as needed with necessary items to succeed during a busy shift. Must be able to handle high pressure situations.
