Sr. System Engineer

Overview: Future Technologies is seeking a Sr. System Engineer to join our winning team. Location: Dahlgren, VA Clearance: Secret Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to: Conduct requirements analysis and system engineering for Laboratories, including site unique environmental systems, cabling requirements, and switching systems and emulation devices to make full use of virtualization and advanced testing methodologies. Coordinate Laboratory Facility Requirements meetings to determine the needs of user community. Generate Laboratory Meeting Minutes and Action Items. Assist the Government in developmental engineering and technical support required to build and upgrade Government combat systems prototypes and experimental designs. Prototype development may include basic assembly and advanced design fabrication for Experimental Design Models (EDM) through short production runs in direct support of Government engineers and technicians. Qualifications: Education and requirements: Six (6) years of experience in facility and computer system design, network design, and engineering of systems components. Experience with creating virtual system. Experience in internal and external networking, cable plant configuration management and control. Experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
